Animal Actor. He played the role of the orphaned kitty taken in by Audrey Hepburn in the 1962 classic "Breakfast at Tiffany's." His significant role in the movie made him one the most beloved animals in cinema history. Orangey was owned and trained by Hollywood animal trainer Frank Inn. Orangey's debut performance came in 1951 playing Rhubarb in the motion picture "Rhubarb" with Ray Milland and William Frawley, a movie about a dying man and his lucky pet cat. Orangey's other credits include "Gigot" (1962) with Jackie Gleason and Gene Kelly, and the television series "Our Miss Brookes." He won two Patsy Awards in 1952 and 1962. (bio by: Noni)
