Death: Feb. 20, 1943

Actor. He is best remembered for playing the role of 'Speck' in several of the "The Little Rascals" comedies between 1930 and 1932. Among his roles were the films, "Radio Dough" (1934), "No Greater Glory" (1934), "Ginger" (1935), "A Tale Of Two Cities" (1935), "Exclusive Story" (1936), "Little Lord Fauntleroy" (1936), "Rhythm In The Clouds" (1937), "Down On The Farm" (1938), "East Side Kids" (1940), "Pride Of The Bowery" (1940), "Bowery Blitzkrieg" (1941), and "Military Training" (1941). A veteran of World War II, he served as an aviation cadet in the United States Army Air Corps. Haines was later made a First Lieutenant, but he was later killed in action.
