Milton, a.k.a., "Blue Boy" died when he and a friend, William Cooney (also age 10), dived off a conveyor into a pile of sand,on the property of Pennsy Supply, Inc. in Harrisburg sank, and suffocated.
He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael E. Frey II. He was survived by a brother Bernard Williams of Sandwich, England and a sister, Mrs. Star Stephano of Harrisburg.
