Blanche Ellen Smock, 68 of Elms Trailer Court, died Wednesday at Clarkson Hospital in Omaha.
Services are 9:30 a.m. Saturday at McKown Chapel, with Rev. Roland Jank officiating. Burial is in Roselawn Memorial Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 3 p.m. Friday and continue until service time Saturday at the chapel.
Mrs. Smock was born Sept. 16, 1917, in Inman, the daughter of Robert Charles and Estella Mae Fraka Goree. She married Darrell Lincoln March 2, 1936, in Fremont. Mrs. Smock had lived in Columbus since 1951, and was employed as a cook at Keen Korner Cafe for more than 25 years.
Surviving are one son, Duane "Abe" Lincoln of Columbus; one daughter, Donna (Mrs. Leonard) Boswell of Platte Center; 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Robert Goree of Fremont.
She was preceded in death by her husband Darrell Lincoln, who was killed in 1944 during World War II; four sisters; and three brothers.
