Mrs Linnie McCluskey,99,a Hoopeston,Ill. native died at 7:14 p.m. Friday Jan 31,1975 at her home in Portage,Ind.Born Jan 29,1876 near Hoopeston,Ill,the daughter of Charles and Agnes Adams Glaze,she was preceeded in death by her husband,William McCluskey,11 grandchildren,28 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren,including Mrs Alice Fisher of Danville,Ill,Mrs Gladys Turner of Rossville,Ill and Mrs Virginia Morts of Hoopeston,Ill.Mrs McCluskey was a former Rossville,Ill resident and a member of the United Brethern Church of Hoopeston,Ill.Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Hamilton-Orr Funeral Home in Hoopeston,Ill.The Rev Ted Forbes will officiate and burial will be in Rossville,Ill Cemetery.Friends will be received from 2-9:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.


McCluskey,Linnie-Age 99,of 5059 Lexington St.,Protage,formerly of Illinois,passed away at the Whispering Pines Nursing Home,Valparaiso,Jan 31,1975.Surviving are four daughters,Leona Hible of Danville,Ill,Marie Lewis of Hoopeston,Ill,Agnes Wood of Hoopeston,Ill,and Mary Schwager of Portage,11 grandchildren,28 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren.Friends may call at the Olson and Frum Portage Chapel in the Hamilton-Orr Funeral Home in Hoopeston,Ill,where funeral services will be held Tuesday,Feb 4 at 2 p.m.Burial Rossville Cemetery,Rossville.
