Born: July 6, 1747
Died: March 30, 1830 in Watertown, N.Y.
Married: about 1767, BETSEY
Died: October 18, 1819 aged 71 yrs. (g.s.) in Watertown, N.Y.
Service: Jonathan Massey served with the New Hampshire Militia and in 1776 was with the Continental Army at Salem, New Hampshire.

Remarks: Jonathan Massey and his wife are buried in Arsenal Street Cemetery. Jonathan Massey lived at Salem, N.H. during the war. In 1792 he moved to Windsor, Vt., coming to Watertown, N.Y. in 1801. Ref. Emerson's History of Jefferson Co., N.Y., p. 301.
