Dorothy B. Hague, 82, of Golinda, died Friday, Dec. 16, 2005 at her residence. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 19 at Robinson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday at Pecan Grove Funeral Home in Waco.
Dorothy was born in Satin, Texas, to Robert and Katie Wooley. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, and fishing. She was active in PTA and was a longtime member of Youngblood Memorial Presbyterian Church. She loved animals and gave a home to every stray that came to her door.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Jack Wooley.
She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, H. C. Hague, of Golinda; daughters, Joyce "Jo" Farar and husband, Wayne, of Golinda, and Sue Baker and husband, John, of Robinson; granddaughters, Megan Braley, of Robinson and Caitlin Farar, of Red Oak; sister, Mozelle Bray, of Seguin; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Honorary pallbearers will be Will Hague, Bob Bray, John Baker, Wayne Streetly, Lloyd Farney and Edward Wooley.
The family extends their thanks to Providence Hospice.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fuzzy Friends.
