He married Anna Brown of Cumberland,RI in 1757. She was born Aug 21,1736, and she died 1805. She was the daughter of Jabez Brown and Meribah Williams Brown.

Children: Eleazer Whipple Jr, Joseph Whipple, Suze(Susanna) Whipple Jenckes, Anne Whipple, Betty Whipple Dexter, Jesse Whipple, Amey Whipple, Freelove Whipple Robinson, and Silence Whipple Arnold.
