MT. SAVAGE-Mrs. Emma E. Cessna, 84, widow of Thomas B. Cessna, died last night at her home here following an illness of two weeks.
Born in Bedford Valley, Pa., a daughter of the late Albert and Amanda (Deffabaugh) Hite, she was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Mrs. Cessna resided here 50 years and held membership in the Methodist Church. Mrs. Cessna was also a member of Colfax Rebekah Lodge 1, was a past state president of the Rebekah Assembly, IOOF, and the first president of Canton Allegany 4, Patriarch Militant Auxillary, IOOF.
Surviving are a daughter, Miss Helen Cessna, at home; two sons, Wayne Cessna, at home, and Carl Cessna, Mt. Savage; four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
The body is at the residence.

MT. SAVAGE-Services for Mrs. Emma E. Cessna, 84, who died Wednesday at her home here, will be conducted tomorrow at 2 p. m. at the residence. Rev. L. J. Moore, pastor of Mt. Savage Methodist Church, will officiate and interment will be in Bethel Cemetery near Centreville, Pa.
