Brent Thomas Donovan, 19, of Manchester, died Sunday, Aug. 21, 2005, at York Hospital in York, Pa., due to head trauma from a car accident.
Born June 14, 1986, in Baltimore, he was the son of William T. Donovan and Tammi Weishaar Hale, both of Manchester.
He had been an emergency medical technician for Best American Ambulance Service and had also worked at Miller's Market. He was a six-year member of the Manchester volunteer fire company.
He was a member of St. Bartholomew's Roman Catholic Church, Manchester, and Jerusalem Lutheran Church, Westminster.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are stepmother Rosemary Donovan of Manchester; stepfather Brian Hale of Manchester; sisters Megan Donovan, Emma Hale, Elle Hale and Abby Hale, all of Manchester; two great-grandmothers; three sets of grandparents; aunts; uncles; and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 3184 Church St., Manchester, with the Revs. Stacy Marsh and Michael Roach officiating. Interment will be private.
