John H. "Pappy" Jozefick, 66, died at the Hanover Hospital.
He was the son of the late John A. and Mary (Swabick) Jozefick.
He was employed as a consulting engineer for Bucharthorn York for 10 years, retiring in 1996. He recently worked part-time for Ziegler Brothers, East Berlin. He was a member of St John's Roman Catholic Church, Bellefonte and the VFW Post 7527, Bedford. He was a veteran of the U.S. Aif Force during the Korean Conflict.
He is survived by his companion of 15 years, Nancy Thompson of Hanover, three sons, James Jozefick of Pittsburg, Joseph Jozefick of Bellefonte and John A. Jozefick of Virginia Beach, Va., One daughter, Morma Bridge of Danville, three step-children, Christopher Logue of Littlestown, Angie Crouse of Gettysburg and Thesera Laughman of New Oxford;10 grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren, two brothers Frank and Andy Jozefick both of Snow Shoe, and two sisters, Veronica Cummings of Hammondsport, N.Y. and Marian Allen of Snow Shoe, and his ex-wife, Mary Jozefick of Snow Shoe.
He was predeceased by one sister, Sister Monica Jozefick.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday Jan.12, at Sacred Heart Basilica, with the Rev. Father Lawrence J McNeil as celebrant. Interment will be in the Church Cemetery. Graveside military honors will be provided by Hanover Allied Veterans Council.
