Karen Reed of Conroe, Texas, fell into eternal sleep May 4, 2011, at the age of 68 in Conroe, Texas.
Karen was born February 28, 1943, in Stamford, Texas, to Wilson Goree and Florene Hughes-Goree. Karen was a member of the Grangerland Baptist Church. She was a Christian who loved her Lord and Savior and welcomed home by Him as a good and faithful servant. She resided in Inverness from 1977-2002 and was a member of the Inverness Church of God.
Karen has left behind to cherish her many wonderful memories; children, Natalie Conticelli of Albuquerque, New Mexico; Lana Norlander and her husband Roy of Conroe, Texas; Tony DeNapoli and his wife Tina of Smryna, Georgia; Tom DeNapoli of Dallas, Texas; (8) grandchildren; and (1) great-grandchild. Numerous other relatives and a host of friends also survive.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Samaritan's Purse or the Wounded Warrior Project. The family will hold a memorial service on June 25th at Grangerland Baptist Church, Grangerland, Texas. You are invited to leave a written tribute to the family at www.cashnerconroe.com.
