Frederico Zamora Anzaldua, 42, of 1904 E. Van Buren St., died Thursday at a VA Hospital in Dallas.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Maria Concepción Anzaldua, four sons, Ruben, Raul, Rene and Frederico Anzaldua Jr., two daughters, Maria Elena and Yvette Anzaldua, all of Brownsville, three brothers, Leonardo Anzaldua of Brownsville, Filomeno Anzaldua Oregon; and Amado Anzaldua Rosco, TX.; six sisters, Mrs. Manuela Davila of Hargill, Mrs. Zenaida Chapa of Edinburg, Mrs. Julia Munoz of Edinburg, Mrs. Ignacio Tamayo of Beaumont; Mrs. Delia Villalon of Sacramento, Calif., and Mrs. Zenovia Carreon of Pharr.
A rosary will be said today at 7 pm at the Garza Chapel.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 3 pm at the Holy Family Catholic Church with the Rev. Bernard Doyon officiating with interment at City Cemetery.
Military honors will be conducted by the American Legion.
Pallbearers will be Alfredo Villalon, Alonso Anzaldua, Javier Munoz, Carlos Vasquez, Frank Tamayo and Alejandro Anzaldua.
Funeral service are under the direction of Garza Funeral Home.
