Francisco Arroyo, 54, of 1725 Arthur St., was dead on arrival at Brownsville Medical Center Monday.
A veteran of World War II, he had been a television repairman in Brownsville for many years.
Survivors include his wife, Raquel Arroyo, two sons, Noe and Arturo Arroyo, three daughters, Antonietta, Zoraida and Miroslava Arroyo, all of Brownsville; his mother, Mrs. Mary Rita Arroyo, four brothers, Fortunato, Manuel, Armando and Jose Arroyo, all of Brownsville; four sisters, Mrs. Delfina Rodriguez and Deanna de Leon, both of Pasadena, Tex., Mrs. Tony Prince and Mrs. Gloria Browning, both of Columbus, Ohio.
A rosary will be said today at 7 p.m. at Garza Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 4 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with interment in City Cemetery, with graveside services conducted by the American Legion John Hansen Post.
