Captured at Cold Harbor, VA on
1 Jun 1864 and confined at
Pt.Lookout, MD until transferred
to the Federal prison at Elmira, NY.
He was paroled at Elmira on
2 Mar 1865 and transferred to Virgina
for exchange.
