Chris Sue

Chris Sue, 46, of Acuff, passed away Saturday, Dec. 30, 2006 surrounded by his family. Chris was born Feb. 2, 1960 in Floydada. He graduated from Lockney High School in 1978 and attended Texas Tech.
On Dec. 4, 1980 in Floydada, Chris married Anne Vaughan. They had previously lived in San Angelo and Lubbock before moving to Acuff. Chris was a cotton farmer for 20 years.

His survivors include his wife; sons, Daniel of Acuff, and Joshua and wife, Nicole Sue of Oceanside, Calif.; and daughter, Caleigh Sue of Acuff; parents, Huford and Carolyn Sue of Lubbock; sisters, Carisa Sue of Lockney and Glenna and husband, Larry Griffith of Floydada; two grandsons, Carson and Camery Sue.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2007 in Overton Park Fellowship Church with Rev. Jeff McCreight and Jack Thompson officiating. Interment will be in Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park Cemetery and under the direction of Englunds Funeral Service of Slaton.
