Glenn married Netha Ellen Good, daughter of Levi & Ellen McKinnon Good in Page County, IA on 6 Aug 1919.
When Glenn entered WWI the Christian Church of Clarinda, IA gave him a 'New Testament' to carry with him he served with Co F, 168 Infantry of the Rainbow Division and was discharged on May 1919. Glenn carried the bible through WWI, his brother Olin carried it through WWII and Olin's sons Richard and Dean Davison carried through the Korean conflict and Glenn's grandson cared it during his tour of duty in Viet Nam. The New Testament was buried with Glenn when he died.
Glenn was a charter member of the Sergy Post 98 in Clarinda, IA and E.L. Bennett Post of Rainbow Division in Des Moines, IA.
Glenn joined the Christian Church of Clarinda, IA in 1919. He was employed by the City of Clarinda for 30 years until retirement and served with the Clarinda Fire Department.
Services were held on the traditional Veteran's Day.
