Lieutenant-General-Auditor. He servbed in the chancellery of General Field Marshall Count K.G.Razumovsky. He was the owner of the first Russian needle-making factory, as well as the richest library of manuscripts, books anbd newspapers, known as 'Khlebnikov's library'.
