"Jim" is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Rebecca; Sons, Alexander and Nicholas of Tacoma; daughter, Talia Karaberis of Tacoma; grandson, Xristofus James Arthur Karaberis of Tacoma; Sister, Christine Miller of HI; best friend Jayne; and numerous co-workers and friends. He was the son of Christos H. Karaberis (Chris Carr), World War II Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient.

Inurnment service at Tahoma National Cemetery, Kent, WA.

Memorial service at Mount Tahoma Baptist Church, Lakewood, WA. Arrangements by Edwards Memorial Center.
