| Birth: | unknown | | Death: | Jul. 2, 2009 Ohio, USA | From The Sanctuary For Senior Dogs in Ohio:
Scooby, a 15-year-old Chihuahua/Terrier mix, was picked up as a stray on the streets of Cleveland. He must have had a difficult life because he has scars on his face that looked as if they may have been caused by cigarette burns or some other trauma. He was a tough little survivor who loved to run and play with the big dogs at the dog park. A little dog with a big personality, Scooby was overlooked for adoption for so long that he stayed in his foster home where he enjoyed a large, secure yard to play in and the company of several small dog friends.
Scooby developed a heart condition that required constant monitoring and crossed the Bridge on July 2, 2009, after his heart condition worsened dramatically. Thanks to his foster care giver, Scooby enjoyed the final years of his life surrounded by love, comfort, and the company of friends. Godspeed, little Scooby.
