CORA BRAY, 72, PASSES AWAY
Services to be held Friday at 1:30 p.m. at Hoskins
Cora A. BRAY, 72, well-known resident of the Veo community, passed away at her home a mile south of Veo at 12:30 a.m. this morning.
She had been an invalid the last 22 years and became seriously ill only a month ago. She was born Aug. 28, 1866 in Keokuk county and was married on Feb. 13, 1890 to George BRAY.
She is survived by her husband, a son Walter L. of Richland; three daughters, Mrs. C.C. DANA of Richland; Mrs Verl BEAUCHAMP of Batavia and Mrs. Homer INGHAM of Selma, Calif.; by two brothers, Alva E. BROWN of Washington and Delmar BROWN of Richland; two sisters, Mrs. Charles DAVIS of Washington, and Mrs. Charles MEACHAM of Richland, and by 13 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 1:30 p.m. at Hoskins Funeral Home in charge of the Rev. A. C. Roach of Richland. Interment will be in Howard Grove cemetery.

Note: daughter Vera Edith Bray married Homer Edgar Ingham in 1918. She was born in 1893 and died on June 23, 1978 and is buried in California.
