|Birth: ||Oct. 6, 1907|
|Death: ||Feb. 19, 2007|
Daughter of Kramer & Dora Babson Fuller.
Amie was born near Blockton, Taylor, IA and her parents owned a market.
Amie attended the Blockton Christian Church and graduated from Blockton High School in 1924.
Amie married Leonard Lawrence Bast of Las Vegas, on 21 Oct 1937. They lived in Mountain Home, CA where Leonard mined and Amie cooked for the miners. Due to health reasons, Leonard had to quit mining and they moved to Barnard, MO where they farmed and raised hogs.
They extended their farming to Clearmont, MO in 1966. After Leonard's death, Amie continued to manage the farm for another 32 years.
Amie loved to work in her yard and treasured her vegetable garden. She moved her own yard with her John Deere tractor until she was 90.
Amie was an avid Kansas City Roysls fan and enjoyed listening to the games on the radio. She relaxed by playing the organ and listening to country music and hymns.
A fishing pole and tackle box were always in the trunk of her car - all ready to go.
