Birth: Oct. 7, 1822
Death: Oct. 1, 1884

Nancy Cline was born in Jefferson County, Indiana to Levi and Elisabeth (McClaskey) Cline. She married James Lenon in Carroll County, Indiana.

They migrated to Panora, Guthrie County, Iowa in 1855 or 1856. In May of 1865 they set out for Oregon in a wagon train, arriving near Salem in October. There were 24 wagons in their train; most of whom were relatives.

She was a tough lady, because she had a baby son during that trip and both survived.

She and her husband farmed near Monitor, OR until her death.
