.
The Sunken Grave Beckoned that we remember the soul who rests here... there is not even a Bois D'Arc stake. But from below the earth the tears washed in this grave that someday - this soul would be found and their life existence would be remembered.
.
.
You are not forgotten dear departed soul..
.
.
In 2006, James Dodd and sons cleared away 60+ years of overgrowth, vines, trees and Poisin Ivy. It must have been there to protect the sleeping souls...
.
James Dodd Surveyed this precious sacred ground and took pictures of all markers... These are all that will remain.
In November 2010, a visit to the Cemetery revealed devastation - many markers were stolen.. all that identify most of the precious loved ones now are his Pictoral Documenatry as shown here in the Find-A-Grave Theatre for Floyd-Taylor Cemetery.
.
.
God Bless My Daddy - James Dodd - the work was grueling and took many months. Dad was 65 when he endeavored to restore the cemetery.
