May was the third of six children born to John Henderson and Telitha' Anna 'Annie' (Colvin) Darrow. She married Andrew Pollock in 1915 and they had seven children: Andrew Jess, Frank, Margaret, Dave, Alice, LeRoy Gavin and William Homer.

RITES ARE HELD FOR MAY POLLOCK
Final rites for Mrs. May Pollock, 44, resident of Red Lodge for 30 years, were held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday from the Olcott Funeral Home. She died at her home here Tuesday.
The Reverend Charles Rhodes officiated, and interment was in Red Lodge Cemetery.
Pallbearers for the Pollock funeral were H. A. Simmons, Henry McIhtosh, Floyd Wheeler, Roy Donaldson, Ed. Dinsdale and L. E. Kenevan, Two selections were sung by Mrs. Lillian Penttila.
Born at North Park, Col., on May 9, 1896, Mrs. Pollock came to Red Lodge in 1910. On March 18, 1915, she was married to Andrew Pollock, who preceded her in death May 25, 1939.
Survivors include two daughters, Margaret Pollock and Alice Pollock; five sons, Andrew, Frank, David, LeRoy and William, all of Red Lodge; a brother, Homer Darrow of Seattle, and two sisters, Iva Darrow and Mrs. M. Rinehart, both of Seattle.
