Born with RH Factor. My mother took lab tests during her pregnancy, but unfortunately the lab tests were misread and did not reveal the problem. The RH Factor was not discovered until it was too late.
Born and passed away in Vallejo General Hospital; he never came home.

This section is an old County section and is a non endowment care section so the area is overgrown with trees, bushes, and tall weeds. Headstones here can't be located. Sorry. He is there though."
