OBIT: Funeral services for Paul Gregory Ogea, 44, of Sulphur will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2008 in Robison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Big Woods Cemetery under the direction of Robison Funeral Home.

Visitation will begin on Friday, October 17, 2008 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Sat. 8 a.m. till time of services.

Mr. Ogea passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2008, in Baker, Louisiana.

A native and lifelong resident of Sulphur, Mr. Ogea was of the Christian faith. He was formerly employed by the City of Sulphur as a mechanic. Paul was a avid fisherman that loved tinkering with vehicles and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Alice Ogea and granddaughter Madison Tingle. He is survived by his sons, Justin Ogea of Sulphur and Earl Paul Ogea of Pawnee, OK; six daughters, Kathrine Strother and husband Brandon of Zachary, LA, Tasha Tingle and husband Levi of Sulphur, Amber Ogea of Lafayette, Erin Long of Greenwell Springs, LA, Ashley Ogea of Walker, LA, and Chasity Broussard of Sulphur; father, Paul Ogea of Elton, LA; two sisters, Paula Ogea and life partner Kay Beard of Bandera, TX, and Cynthia Jackson of Alabama; four grandchildren, Parker, Abbiegayle, Leyland and Mikaila; friend and companion Debra Reed of Baker, LA; and his beloved pet dog Precious.
