Our loving sister, Julia B. Newcomb, 60 of Conway went home to be the Lord on January 18, 2011. She was born August 30, 1950, in Hot Springs to J. B. and Doris Newcomb. Julia is predeceased by her parents and brother, James B. Newcomb.

Survivors include sisters, Charlotte (Bo) Phillips, of Louin, Mississippi; Nell (Jimmy) Garibay, of Hot Springs; and Doris (Roy) Bottoroff, of Auberdeen, Mississippi.

Visitation is 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., Friday at Caruth-Hale Funeral Home. Graveside services follow at 2:00 p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery with Bro. Johnny Graves officiating. Pallbearers will be nieces and nephews. Honorary pallbearers will be the staff of Conway Human Development Services.
