Alice M. (Hicks) Moore Hall, age 71, resident of Willard, Ohio passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2007 in Willard Healthcare Nursing Home. She was born on December 4, 1935 in Garrett, Kentucky to the late Elbert and Hester (Bolen) Hicks and has been a Willard resident the majority of her life. She is a graduate of Willard High School and had worked at the former Harvey's Market, MidWest Industries and retired from the Willard YMCA. She was a member of the Victory Temple Church of God in Celeryville.
She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Clinus Slone of Willard; four sons and two daughters-in-law, Rick and Chris Moore of Plymouth; Gary and Lynn Moore of Willard; Ron Moore of Norwalk; and Eric Moore of Willard; 13 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; four brothers, Herbert HIcks of Willard; Lloyd Hicks of Willard; Thurman Hicks of Oak Harbor; and Norman Hicks; two sisters, Violet Tackett of Shiloh; and Doris Miller of New London; three step-sons; three step-daughters; numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her first husband, Ervin Moore; her second husband, Arnold Hall; two sons, Randy and Kenneth Moore; three brothers, Enis, Luther and Ellis Hicks; two sisters, Edna Dugan and Omie Wright.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard on Monday, December 3, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 1:00 PM with Pastor Earl Sexton officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio.
