PAUL SCHRACK BAUGHMAN, a lifelong resident of Richland County, Paul S. was the son of Aaron and Catherine Schrack Baughman.
After the close of the Civil War he was married to Miss Rebecca Ann Peterson in 1868. They were the parents of Lucinda L. Baughman Applegate, Sidney Herschel Baughman, who married Flora A. Rummel, Rebecca Viola Baughman who died in 1898, and Grace Baughman Matthews.
Paul was identified with the Masonic Fraternity and the Grand Old Army of the Republic.
Paul Schrack Baughman died at his home in Monroe Township and his funeral was held there. Burial was in the cemetery near the Mt. Zion Lutheran Church.
