Birth: Jun. 11, 1884
Death: Jun. 30, 1968

Rev. Dave Loveday was a wonderful man of God. Back in the early 1950s he had a big tent that he hauled from town to town preaching and winning souls for the Lord. I WAS ONE OF THOSE SOULS. The location was between Clinton & Lake City at Dutch Hightower's property. This was in 1954,Thanks Bro. Dave. He was blazing the trail for us to follow. His son Rev. Leonard Loveday is buried in the Grandview Memorial Gardens in Anderson Co. Tn. D. P. and Mary Loveday were among those that sacerficed their home and land for the war effort in 1942. God Bless You Both.
Dave and Mary Jane had eight children; Beecher, Carrie, Maggie, Zona Gertrude, Buford P, Leonard, Dallard Hince, & Lester Levi

RESTING IN THE ARMS OF JESUS: And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.Rev 14:13 (KJV)
