Anthony Amici, 91, of 317 Mohawk St., a retired New York Central Railroad employee, died yesterday in Rome Hospital.
He was born in Senna, a province of Rome, Italy. He married Frances Bosari (can't really read) there. She died in 1956.
Mr. Amici came to Fonda in 1903 and later moved to Rome in 1924. He was a communicant of St. John the Baptist Church. He was employed for almost 30 years by the railroad before
he retired in 1932. He was a member of the liberty Club.
He leaves four daughters, Mrs. James (Lena) Ellinger, Mrs. Joseph (Josephine) Gargo, Mrs. Charles (Eleanor)Weaver and Mrs. Bernard (Rose) Jensen, all of Rome; one son, Thomas W Amici also of Rome.
The funeral will be Wednesday morning from the Nicholas J. Bush Funeral Home and St. John the Baptist Church where a solemn requiem high Mass will be offered. Burial will be in
St. John's Cemetery.
