W. Norton Grubb was an international petroleum marketing executive for ESSO who was promoted to Commodore and awarded the Legion of Merit for his service in the Navy during WWII. He married Edith R. Class in 1921 and they had two children. She is buried with him at Arlington National Cemetery.
