Joseph Scott Housley, age 19 years old of Kingston Springs, TN, Kathy's boyfriend of 3 years also lost his life in the tragic automobile accident. Kathy and Joey are together forever not only in Heaven but they are buried beside each other too.
Kathy is the Daughter of Andrew D. Fitzgerald and Julie N Duncan. She is the sister of Scott and Karen Fitzgerald, and the Grandaughter of Mr. & Mrs. Frank M Duncan.
Kathy, was a senior at Cheatham County Central High School in Ashland City, TN. She was active in the Student Council where she served as Treasure. Kathy was also a member of the Future Home Makers of America, the Speech Club, and a member of the Student Advisory Board. During Kathy's Freshman year of High School at CCCHS she was the Freshman Homecoming Attendant for the Homecoming court.
Funeral service was conducted Monday, November 3, 1975 from the Lockert-Coakley Chapel of Memories Funeral Home. Reverend James Bass officiated the service. Burial followed the service at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens, Nashville Hwy 100. Pallbearer's were: Frank Duncan, Andrew Fitzgerald, Frank Duncan II, William Duncan, Steven Duncan, and Bob Bush. Honorary Pallbearer's were the senior class at Cheatham County Central High School and the CCCHS Student Council.
