72, Cynthiana, died Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at Harrison Memorial Hospital. Born in Harrison County, June 6, 1940 to the late Andrew G. And Mary Neva Copes Hamm, he was a retired foundry worker at Grede Perm Cast and attended Leesburg Christian Church. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Mae Franklin. He is survived by his wife, Carol Hamm; two sons, Joe Gordon, Jr. (Pam) Hamm, Cynthiana and Ricky Allen (Monica) Hamm, Harrison County; four grandchildren, Joshua Gordon (Lindsey) Hamm, Jeremy Denver (Kacey) Hamm, Ann Marie (Brent Robison) Hamm and Amanda Jo (Daniel Harrison) Hamm and four great grandchildren, Raylan Ellis Hamm, Emma Grace Hamm, Sadie Elizabeth Hamm and Ian Thomas Robison. Funeral services will be conducted 11am Friday at Ware Funeral Home by Sammy Harris. Visitation will be from 5pm until 8pm Thursday. Burial will be in Battle Grove Cemetery.
