Sidney Clem Farnham, born November 2, 1880 in Earlville, La Salle County, Illinois and died May 16, 1947 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois. Although his Illinois death record states that he was buried in Graceland Cemetery on May 19, 1947, he was only cremated there on that date and his ashes were returned to his wife, Alice Emily Phillips Farnham.
