John Denson Jr was the 5th of nine children and the 1st son of John Denson Sr and Mary (Brydell) Denson. He married Alice Hollowell, date and location unknown. There were at least five children born to this union, birth dates unknown. Their names were Joseph Denson (died 1765; married Christian(a?) Eley on 19 February 1744), Mary Denson (married to Jacob Johnson on 3 July 1741), Benjamin Denson (died 1781; married to Mary Whitehead on 15 August 1747), Betty Denson (married to John Porter on 1 October 1743, and Hollowell Denson (married to Martha Cofield on 16 April 1752). The exact date of John Denson's death and location of his burial is unknown other than he died sometime in 1753.
