Nicholas "Nick" Anthony Mastrorilli, Jr. was born on January 7, 1963 in Jersey City, New Jersey. His parents were Nicholas Mastrorilli, Sr. and Cecelia Powers. Nick had three brothers and a sister. For many years, Nick was an altar boy at St. Catharine's Church in Spring Lake, New Jersey. He graduated from St. Rose High School in Belmar, New Jersey and received a degree from Mt. St. Mary's University located in Emmittsburg, Maryland. Nick married Allison Catherine Blake on September 17, 1991 and they had three daughters. Nick was the Executive Vice President of Privatel Corporation, located in Spring Lake Heights, New Jersey. The company is a leading institutional provider of cable and wireless telecommunication services. He was an avid golfer with memberships at Spring Lake Golf Club, Glenwood Golf Club in Old Bridge, and Battleground Country Club in Manalapan. Nicholas Anthony Mastrorilli, Jr. died at the young age of forty-nine years on September 9, 2012. He is remembered by many as a very generous man. Visiting was held on Wednesday, the 12th at the O'Brien Funeral Home. A Mass was held on Thursday, the 13th at St. Catharine's Roman Catholic Church located at 215 Essex Avenue in Spring Lake and entombment was at St. Catharine's Cemetery located in Sea Girt, New Jersey.
