FORT WORTH - Jack Feeny, 86, a retired wholesale food salesman, died Monday evening, Sept. 13, 1999, at a Fort Worth hospital.

Graveside service: 11 a.m. Thursday in Greenwood Memorial Park.

Officiating: the Rev. Warren Murphy, T.O.R. Memorials: to a charity of choice.

Born on Sept. 9, 1913, in Fort Worth, John "Jack" Feeny Jr. was the son of John and Winifred Oldham Feeny. He was a life resident of Fort Worth and graduated from Central High School, now R.L. Paschal High School. He had served in the Texas National Guard.

Jack was a longtime sales representative for Oscar Meyer Meat Co. He served as a marshal for many years on the 9th green at Colonial Country Club during the National Invitation Tournament.

Mr. Feeny was a member of St. Andrew's Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Stephens Feeny, in 1979.

Survivors: Sister, LaVerne Feeny of Fort Worth; and several nieces and nephews.
