He was preceded in death by his father, Major L. Haddock; mother, Tessie L Haddock; and an infant brother. He is survived by his loving and caring wife of 43 years, Youvone East Haddock, who stood by his side during the time of his illnesses; son, Coye Wade Haddock and wife Monica; two grandchildren, Logan and Caitlin Haddock; brother, Robert L. Haddock and wife, Katy; sister, Martha Broadfoot and husband, Jack; aunt, Helen Haddock; and numerous nieces and nephews. He served in the U.S. air Force during the Vietnam conflict. He received an honorable discharge. He retired from Ford Motor Co., after many years of service in Muscle Shoals, Ohio and Georgia. He was a member of Central Heights Baptist Church. Pall beareres were Kirk Lovelace, Jerry Parrish, Gary McGee, Tyron East, Kevin Broadfoot, Jeff Broadfoot, Bobby Haddock and Randy Haddock. Honorary pallbearers are Jimmy Patterson, David Ringlestine, Scotty Montgomery, Ronnie Haddock, Ray Haddock and T.C. Witt. Mr. Haddock loved his family, his farm and making a huge garden.
