Frank Otto Prochaska passed away, Tuesday, May 26, 1964 in Brighton Park Manor, Brighton, Colo., at the age of 83 years and 10 months.
Services were held May 29, 1964 at Henning - Howe Chapel in Louisville, Colo. He was laid to rest in Lafayette cemtery, Lafayette, Colo.
Frank Otto Prochaska was born to Dominik and Karolina Prochaska, nee Sedmara, on August 8, 1880 in Moravia, Cechoslovakia. He came with his parents to the United States at the age of one year and settled near Blue Hill, Nebr., later moving to Pauline.
He was united in marriage to Josephine Cech of Schuyler, Nebr., on April 15, 1914, and farmed near Pauline. In 1917 they moved to a farm east of Broomfield, Colo., where he lived until his death. He retired from Active farming in 1958.
He is survived by his wife, Josephine; two brothers, William and Ladik of Louisville, Colo.; on sister, Mrs. Josephine Engel of Guide Rock, and 27 nieces and nephews. He was preceeded in death by his parents, one sister, Mrs. Anna Lukas and one infant brother.
