Mrs. Flegal, 69, of 1927 Pine Ave. died Monday, July 12, 1993,at Mercy Hospital. Mrs. Flegal was a self-employed creative artist.
She was born Aug. 31, 1923, in New Kensington, the daughter of Ralph and Margaret (Krieger) Mears.
Surviving are four daughters: Sally Krow of Harrisburg, Linda Reeder of Altoona, Penrose Baldwin of Lakewood, Calif., and Alice Weakland of East Freedom, five grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren.Mrs. Flegal was a member ofFree Spirit Society.
