Living alone on the 1910 Census Buckland, Franklin, MA; Fanny T Adams 75 yr Widowed 3ch born/2ch living, b MA. Her son Henry, wife & child remain in Greenfield. Her 3rd husband George W. Adams d. Charlemont, 1909. Her 3rd child, Willie Dix died in a drowning accident, 1909, and is buried next to his step-father, George W. Adams b Jan 1831, in East Charlemont Cemetery, Charlemont, Franklin Co., MA.

The friends and relatives of Mrs Fannie Adams received word recently of her death in Sheridan, Mich. Mrs Adams will be remembered here as Mrs Wilby Dix, who formerly lived here. Her son William Dix was drowned in East Charlemont while boating on the river. Mrs Dix was 84 years old. She leaves one sister in Shelburne Falls.

Shelburne Falls, March 25 - Mrs Electa D Renniff and Mrs M R Hotchkiss received word recently of the death of their sister, Mrs Fannie T Adams, 84, who died in Sheridan, Mich, on Friday, the 7th, at the home of her son, the late Dr W A Lee.

East Charlemont, March 20 - Word had reached here of the death on the 7th of Mrs Adams, widow of George Adams, a civil war veteran. She was buried at Sheridan, Mich, beside her son.
