Deceased Name: Terrance Bache: Hiker dies of heart attack in Oconee County
WALHALLA - A 57-year-old Pelzer man died of a heart attack Sunday afternoon while hiking on a nature trail in Oconee County.
Terrance Bache of 1751 Reedy Fork Road was hiking a portion of the 100-mile Foothills National Recreation Trail with his brother and several other people when the heart attack occurred around 3 p.m., Oconee County Coroner Karl Addis said.
Monday autopsy results showed Mr. Bache already suffered from a coronary condition, which contributed to his death.
No foul play is suspected, Mr. Addis said.
