Douglas A. "Doug" Boyer, 64, died on Wednesday, December 15, 2010, at his home. He was born on Saturday, August 17. 1946, to Carl Boyer and Arlene H. Boyer nee Herr in Rexmont. He was a member of Cornwall United Methodist Church. He worked as a masonry contractor. He was a vetern of the Marine Corps in the Vietnam Conflict. He enjoyed camping and his family. He also was on a mission trip to Africa. Doug was an avid Eagles and Phillies fan. Surviving are sons, Mark A. spouce of Tracy Boyer of Lebanon, Andrew D. Boyer of Lebanon, and Timothy S. Boyer of Lebanon; grandchildren, Becky Weigley and Emily K. Boyer; brothers, Ed, spouce of Linda Boyer, and Jim, spouce of Pat Boyer; and sister, Barb Bennetch. He was preceded in death by wife Kathleen Boyer. Viewing will be on Monday, December 20, 2010, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Christman's Funeral Home, Inc. 226 Cumberland St., Lebanon. Memorial services will be on Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Cornwall United Methodist Church, Cornwall. Burial will be at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, on Tuesday at 9 a.m. If you desire to be in the procession, please meet at Christman's Funeral Home at 8:15 a.m.
