Services for Ethel L. Meriwether, 62, of 529 Nicholas St., will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Waterloo Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses Church with William McCool officiating.
Mrs. Meriwether died Thursday from burns suffered in a fire in her home July 2.
She was born in Durant, Miss., December 24, 1911 the daughter of Sylvester and Lillie Weens. She married Douglas Meriwether in 1947.
She is survived by her mother; a daughter, Mrs. Mentha Ford of Maywood, Ill.; two sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Davis of 211 Dane St. and Mrs. Elizabeth Hurd of Moses Lake, Wash.
Friends may call at Chapel of Memories East until 11 a.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in the Garden of Memories.
