Sam Kautz, infant son of Teresa Taylor Kautz of Terre Haute, died at 5:05 p.m. Monday, July 5, 1993, in Union Hospital. Survivors include his mother; one brother, Matthew of Terre Haute, his maternal grandfather, James Taylor of Pennsylvania, his materal great-grandmother, Thelma Bittner of Gary; one uncle, two aunts, and other relatives. Services are at 1 p.m. Friday in Highland Lawn Chapel, with the Rev. Ken Gering officiating. There is no visitation. DeBaun Funeral Home assisted with arrangements.
