Worked as registered nurse in mental health and industrial nursing for 15 years until retirement in 1992
Survived by his wife, Elizabeth J (Schoembs); children, Gerald, Christina, Denise, Michael and Stephen; grandchildren, Cynthia, Richard, Kirstin, Matthew and Nicole; great-grandchildren, Alexander and David; sisters, Mary and Katherine.
Services were held at Beers & Story Funeral Home, Belchertown, MA on Wednesday, 29 December 2010.
