She was the daughter of Benja Ketcham of Central Square, New York. Parson lived in LaFayette Onondaga Co New York on the place where Caroline Farrington now (1940) lives ("now the town library" - Russel C. Park, mid-1980s). They moved to Rives Jackson Co Michigan about 1846. They had six children, four of whom were born in LaFayette. Parson King died in Rives, February 20, 1878. Pamelia died in Tompkins, Michigan, July 24, 1873
