I believe this is Virgil Aarondean Lawrence b.10 Dec 1895, Delphos, Ottawa County, Kansas. I found his Draft Registration Card from 1917. He was Single, Tall, Medium build, Light Blue Eyes, Light Brown Hair. I also found him on the 1900 Census (Kansas) with his parents: Charles and Sarah, then again on the 1910 Census (Oklahoma) with his mother, Sarah and stepfatther, George Shelds. His occupation was Telegraph Messenger for the Canadian Pacific Railway Company.
